Refund & Returns Policy

At One For The Wall, we want to make sure you are happy with the artwork that ends up on your wall. That’s why we offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your order. This policy is in addition to your statutory right of withdrawal as a consumer (see details below).

How to Return an Item
Before sending anything back, please contact us at hello@oneforthewall.dk. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns that are sent without prior approval.

Once your return has been approved, please send the item to:

Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unused, free from signs of wear, and in its original packaging. You must also provide proof of purchase or your order confirmation.

Return Shipping Costs
You are responsible for the shipping costs when returning an item due to a change of mind.

If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will of course cover the return shipping costs. Please see the section below, “Damaged or Incorrect Items.”

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at hello@oneforthewall.dk so we can assess the issue and find a solution as quickly as possible.

If the error is our responsibility, we will send a replacement item free of charge.

Non-Returnable Items
Personalised name posters, custom-made products, and other personalised items cannot be returned or refunded unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part. 

The same applies to gift cards.
These items are also exempt from the 14-day right of withdrawal described below, as they are made specifically for you.

Your Statutory Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

Our 30-day return policy is a voluntary extension of this legal right.

If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us at hello@oneforthewall.dk within the 14-day period.

You may unpack and inspect the item as you would in a physical store. However, if the item has been handled beyond what is necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and functionality, we may deduct any loss in value from your refund.

Please note that personalised and custom-made products are excluded from this right, as described above.

Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to process and post the refund to your account.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you have not received your refund, please contact us at hello@oneforthewall.dk.
